On behalf of the Southern Illinois Productions Board,
we appreciate your attendance and support of our
2023 Southern Illinois Steel Guitar Show in Mt Vernon, Illinois.
This years show was a huge success and we want to personally
thank you. You are truly making a difference and Shriner’s Hospitals
for Children value your support tremendously.
SIP Board puts on only one show per year and since we are a not-for-profit organization, we work very hard to raise as much money as possible
for the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children. We appreciate each and
every one of you and wouldn’t be where we are without your support.
Because of your support we were able to give
$25,000
to Shriner’s Hospitals for Children in 2023.
Thank You!

The Board, of the Southern Illinois Productions, welcomes you to the 20th Annual Southern Illinois Steel Guitar Show. We are so blessed to be able to finally have a show in Mt Vernon after a three year absence. A lot of thought, hard work and determination has been put into this years show and it will be one of the best and certainly the most memorable ever.
The headliners for Friday and Saturday evening are just perfect for a steel show like ours and are top shelf entertainers with Teea Goans on Friday and David Frizzell on Saturday evening. Our fan favorites Ron and Leoona Williams will entertain Thursday and Friday.
Dennis Stroughmatt will be helping out all weekend and has a show on Saturday afternoon. Darrell and mona MccCall entertain on Friday afternoon.
We have a tremendous group of steel players local and not so local (see our show schedule page) . Lets not forget our fabulous stage band members (see our stage band members Page).
Finally, the most important reason we put on this steel guitar show is to help support and raise funds for the Shriners Hospitals for Children. All proceeds beyond the operating expenses of the corporation are donated to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
